Shipping Methods

We ship all packages through FedEx, USPS, Amazon Shipping, and/or UPS.  All orders will receive both a tracking number and shipping confirmation via email once your order has left our fulfillment center.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping in the continental U.S. takes between 5 to 7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has left our fulfillment center.

Shipping Area

Delivery is currently available in the 48 contiguous states. At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Order Processing

Orders are processed by our fulfillment partner within 5-7 business days of being placed, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Because The Milk Pod is a perishable, temperature-sensitive food product, please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, is missing, or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please refer to our Refund Policy (see following page) for next steps.
