This Privacy Policy applies to the information that KNA and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, "Company," "we," "us" or "our") collect when you access or use www.milk-pod.com and any other websites, including mobile sites, that are owned and operated by us and that display this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Sites").

This Privacy Policy describes:

       What information we collect

       How we use and share your information

       The choices you can make about how we collect, use and share your information

This Privacy Policy does not apply to sites that do not display or link to this Privacy Policy, but have their own privacy policy, or to third party sites that you may link to from one of our Sites.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide To Us

We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you register for an account, subscribe to a newsletter or email list, participate in a survey, contest, promotion or event, request customer support or otherwise communicate with us.

The types of information we may collect from you include:

       Account Information, such as your name, email address, postal address, password, phone number and any other information you choose to provide;

       Transaction Information, such as information about the products you purchase. We may also collect and store limited payment information from you, such as payment method, payment card type and expiration date and the last four digits of your payment card number; however, we do not collect or store full payment card numbers, and all transactions are processed by our third-party payment processor;

       Other Information You Choose to Provide, such as when you request customer support or communicate with us.

Information We Automatically Collect from Your Use of Our Sites

When you access or use the Sites, the types of information we may automatically collect about you include:

       Device Information: information about the device you use to access the Sites, including hardware model, operating system and version, mobile network information, and your use of our Sites.

       Log Information: when you access or use the Sites, our servers automatically record certain log file information, such as your IP address, operating system, browser type and language, referring URLs, access times, pages viewed, links clicked, and other activity on the Sites.

       Information Collected by Cookies and Similar Technologies: we and our service providers use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information about how you interact with our Sites, including your browsing and purchasing behavior. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that help us improve the Sites and your experience, see which areas and features of the Sites are popular, and measure advertising performance. A full, current list of cookies used on the Sites, including the name, function, and duration of each cookie, is available through our cookie preference manager, accessible via the "Cookie Settings" link in the Site footer. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default; you can usually set your browser to remove or reject cookies, though this may affect the availability and functionality of the Sites.

Information We Collect From Third Parties

We may also obtain information about you from other sources and combine it with information we collect directly — for example, when you interact with our content on third-party social media platforms, or when you make purchases using third-party payment providers.

How We Use Your Information

We may use information about you to:

       Provide, maintain, and improve the Sites and provide you with relevant information;

       Process and fulfill your orders, including sharing necessary details with our third-party logistics provider for shipping;

       Send you technical notices, order updates, security alerts, and customer service messages;

       Respond to your comments, questions, and requests;

       Facilitate contests, sweepstakes, and promotions;

       Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activity in connection with the Sites;

       Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud and other illegal activity, and protect the rights and property of Company and others;

       Communicate with you about products, offers, promotions, and news we think will be of interest to you, where you have opted in (you may unsubscribe at any time);

       Maintain appropriate records for internal administrative purposes; and

       Carry out any other purpose disclosed to you at the time the information was collected.

Sharing of Information

We may share information about you as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

       With vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work or perform services on our behalf, including our third-party logistics (3PL) provider and payment processor;

       With third-party businesses for advertising and analytics purposes, as described below;

       In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process;

       If we believe your actions are inconsistent with our Terms of Use or other policies, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Company or others;

       In connection with, or during negotiation of, a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other change-of-control transaction or financing;

       Between and among Company and any current or future parent, subsidiary, and/or affiliated company

       With your consent or at your direction.

We also may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

How We Respond to "Do Not Track" Signals

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" feature. Because there is not yet a uniform standard for how to interpret this signal, our Sites do not currently respond to Do Not Track browser settings. We will continue to collect, use, and share information as described in this Privacy Policy even if you have enabled Do Not Track. If you are a California resident, you may exercise applicable opt-out rights through the "Cookie Settings" link described above and in the Choices section below.

Interest-Based Advertising and Analytics Services

Third-Party Analytics

We partner with third parties to collect, analyze, and use information about your use of the Sites, including through cookies and similar technologies placed on the Sites or in our email communications. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to help us measure traffic, understand user behavior on the Sites, and manage the tags that support our marketing and analytics tools. For more information about Google Analytics, including opt-out options, visit tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. For more information about Google Tag Manager, visit google.com/analytics/tag-manager/use-policy.

Interest-Based Advertising

We participate in interest-based and behavioral advertising, including through the Meta Pixel and Google Ads. This means you may see advertising tailored to your activity on our Sites, including on other websites, apps, and social media platforms, based on your browsing and purchasing behavior. By using the Sites, you acknowledge this use of tracking technologies for interest-based advertising, subject to your right to opt out as described below.

If you do not wish to have your information used for interest-based advertising, you may opt out by:

       Using the "Cookie Settings" link in the Site footer; and/or

       Visiting aboutads.info/choices.

Meta Custom Audiences: We may use Meta’s (Facebook/Instagram) Custom Audience tools to display personalized ads to existing customers and to people with characteristics similar to our existing customers. To do this, we may process your email address or phone number through a hashing process that converts this information into a non-readable string of data before sharing it with Meta. To opt out of this specific use, email us at hello@milk-pod.com with the subject line "Opting Out of Meta Custom Audience Ads," including your name and the email address you wish to opt out. You may also manage ad preferences directly through your Meta account settings. For more on Meta’s data practices, see facebook.com/about/privacy.

Links to Third-Party Sites

Our Sites may link to websites maintained by other companies. These third-party sites are not governed by this Privacy Policy, and we are not responsible for their information practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit. A link or advertisement from a third party does not constitute our endorsement of that party or its privacy practices.

Security

Company takes reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our databases or that information transmitted over the internet will not be intercepted.

Notice to International Users

The Sites are based in the United States, are subject to U.S. law, and are intended for users located in the U.S. only. We may store information on servers located in other countries depending on factors including the location of our service providers. By accessing or using the Sites, you consent to the processing, transfer, and storage of your information in the U.S. and other countries, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Choices: Your California and State Privacy Rights

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), and similar laws in other states (including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah), grant residents of those states certain rights with respect to their personal information:

       Right to Know: the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, and the purposes for which it is used.

       Right to Access: a copy of the personal information we have collected about you.

       Right to Delete: request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to certain legal exceptions (for example, information we must retain to comply with legal obligations or complete a transaction).

       Right to Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.

       Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: opt out of the "sale" of personal information (we do not sell personal information for monetary consideration) and the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, including via the Meta Pixel and Google Ads.

       Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information, where applicable.

       Right to Equal Service: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights, although exercising certain rights (such as deletion) may limit your ability to use certain features of the Sites.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@milk-pod.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request." We will verify your request using information associated with your account or order history and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also opt out of cookie-based advertising and analytics at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the Site footer.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, provided we are able to verify the agent’s authority to act for you.

Cookies

Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject cookies, or manage your preferences through the "Cookie Settings" link in the Site footer. Please note that removing or rejecting cookies may affect the availability and functionality of the Sites.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time, in our sole discretion. If we make changes, we will provide notice — such as by sending an email notification, posting a notice on the Sites, or updating the "Effective Date" above. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
